When inspecting fine surface shapes or automatically inspecting complex workpieces, defects cannot be detected by 2D imaging alone.
With this solution, we use a 2D camera to capture images of each part of the product to check for dimensions, shape, foreign objects, and missing parts, and we also use a high-precision 3D laser to capture the surface condition of the workpiece.
Furthermore, Deep Learning is used to inspect the surface condition, enabling highly accurate appearance inspection.
